    I’ve learned new useful things because of this seminar, Well since AI is the topic of this event, I already have some background information on the said topic but with this event I gained a valuable knowledge about AI. I can use this knowledge to improve my skills and even my future projects by integrating AI driven tools.  



    Dr. Ace C. Lagman is the first plenary speaker his topic is “Empowering Minds: Unleashing the wealth“. He started with the introduction of AI, He discussed the driving force behind educational transformation. He said the AI is at the heart of transformation, enabling us to personalize learning automate tasks, analyze data and create more engaging and effective educational experience. He mentioned some of the applications of AI, those are the classification, speech recognition, recommenders, facial recognition and robotics.


    Next we have Prof. Edwin De Guzman, his topic is “Future-Ready Education: Balancing Ethics and Innovation with AI “. He started by the introduction of AI, why is it so relevant. Then he proceed with the applications of AI, integration and application of AI in different disciplines. 


    Then the last plenary speaker is Dr. Enrique D. Festijo, his topic is “Ai and the future of work, Preparing IT professional for an AI-Driven Economy”. He started on discussing the Artificial Intelligence on generating AI, how LLM works and the impact of LLM to work and productivity. He discussed the impact of GenAI on work, he said one of the work impact is the knowledge jobs and higher-income roles face greater Ai impact and Highly paid roles with unique or soft skills may be less affected.

  I’ve learned new useful things because of this webinar, I already have a background about cloud but with azure it is a new knowledge for me. With this it helps me understand another cloud computing platform that might be helpful for me in the future.  First thing she did is she explained and show us what is the meaning of cloud computing, she mentioned that cloud computing is the delivery of computing services over the internet. Then after that she mentioned the types of cloud computing, those are the private, public and hybrid. She also mentioned to us the comparison of the three cloud. Then next she introduce us to CapEx and OpEx.  CapEx means Capital Expenditure which is about spending of money on a physical infrastructure while OpEx or Operational Expenditure is about spending on products and services as needed.

  I’ve learned several helpful insights from this seminar, even though I already had some prior experience using Laravel and a general understanding of its MVC architecture. The session served as a valuable refresher on the framework’s core concepts and helped strengthen my grasp of best practices when working with Laravel. The discussion revisited familiar elements like routing, controllers, models, and views, but what stood out to me was the practical emphasis on Laravel’s built-in tools, especially Artisan commands.
