Coach Piper started with a quote “The road to success is not easy to navigate. But, with persistent hard work, well-founded drive, and unwavering passion, it is very promising to achieve your dreams”. Which is I find it very interesting to start a session. Then he shared the two types of Industry, which are BPO Industry and IT-BPM Industry. BPO Industry means Business Process Outsourcing, then IT-BPM Industry means Information Technology Business Process Management.

  I’ve learned new useful things because of this webinar, I already have a background about cloud but with azure it is a new knowledge for me. With this it helps me understand another cloud computing platform that might be helpful for me in the future.  First thing she did is she explained and show us what is the meaning of cloud computing, she mentioned that cloud computing is the delivery of computing services over the internet. Then after that she mentioned the types of cloud computing, those are the private, public and hybrid. She also mentioned to us the comparison of the three cloud. Then next she introduce us to CapEx and OpEx.  CapEx means Capital Expenditure which is about spending of money on a physical infrastructure while OpEx or Operational Expenditure is about spending on products and services as needed.
